This opportunity, provided by York County Regional Chamber of Commerce offers local businesses to work with learners from Clinton College to help you problem solve or focus on a specific business challenge.


The learners will collaborate with you on the challenge, how this might be approached, what solutions could be posed and present you with final presentations.

  • Research & Analysis - Identify pain points, areas for improvement, and understanding customer preferences and behaviors across different channels (retail stores and online platforms) for customers aged 18-29. 
  • Strategy Development - Develop a comprehensive strategy to address the challenges identified in the Research & Analysis phase. 
  • Solution Prototyping - Prototyping and refining solutions based on the strategy developed.

Project Examples

Requirements

Students are tasked with suggesting improvements to the buyer experience for a telecommunications provider that sells internet, cable TV, wireless telephone, and home security in retail stores and online platforms (known as E-Commerce). The project aims are to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and ultimately drive revenue growth through enhanced customer interactions with ages 18-29.
